1. Raw materials

2. Mix and train


The raw material preparation personnel shall prepare the raw material in strict accordance with the requirements of the technical department. In the preparation process, it is necessary to accurately weigh and mix on time. The specific operation is: less than 100 mesh fine powder needs to be premixed first, and through 24 mesh sieve twice, the binder needs to be soaked for more than 24 hours, the cumulative mixing time should not be less than 20 minutes, and it is necessary to use the same material on the same day, so as to avoid residual mixing, and to achieve on-site sanitation and cleaning to ensure the purity of raw materials.


3. Forming and testing

4. Dry


After passing the inspection, the semi-finished product must be cooled and dried in the designated place for 2-3 days before entering the drying kiln. In the drying kiln,

5. Burn


Kiln operators must operate in strict accordance with the firing curve formulated by the technical department during the firing process, because of the narrow temperature difference range of the brick firing, it is necessary to adjust the temperature control according to the data of the automatic tester. In the firing process, the operator should fill in the true temperature record, in the process of loading out the kiln should be handled lightly, reduce artificial damage, and assist the relevant personnel to fill in the clear kiln entry and exit orders, and strive to complete the burning task of the ceramic burner product with quality and quantity on time.


6. Finished product inspection


After each kiln product is out of the kiln, the finished product quality inspector must conduct timely inspection, and the inspection method adopts the full inspection system, including the inspection of appearance size, physical and chemical indicators, melting holes, spalling and other indicators. The tolerance of resistant materials to be assembled should be controlled within 0-0.5 to facilitate assembly. The testing standard shall be carried out according to the inspection standard and the user's contract requirements. After passing the inspection, the finished products shall be stacked neatly in the designated place and covered with film. The finished products of each kiln shall be made and reported to the production department in time.


7. Packaging and shipping


The finished products shall be packaged in time on the premise that all the tests are qualified and the quantity meets the requirements of the contract. The supply department shall provide the corresponding packing cases and fillings according to the requirements of the user in advance, and ship them successively according to the delivery time of the contract. In the process of shipment should be strictly in accordance with the delivery procedures, issue the corresponding procedures and product physical and chemical index test report, product certificate.


7.1. Requirements

7.3. Materials and packing liners for boxes


7.3.1. The products are packed in 90×70×55mm wooden cases.


7.3.2. 7.4. Transportation, delivery time and place


7.4.1. The supplier shall be responsible for the transportation.

7.4.3 Place of delivery: delivered from the warehouse provided by the demander or delivered directly to the site.


7.5. Save


Products need to be stored in a ventilated, clean, dry, fireproof, damage-proof environment, isolated storage if necessary, the storage period of products varies, under normal circumstances 3 years shaped products, mud 6 months, castable 6 months, if the storage period exceeds the product if it needs to be used, it needs to be tested first, tested before it can be used.


8. Inspection method and acceptance inspection:


The inspection method used for each batch of materials is determined by mutually agreed characteristic parameters in accordance with the standard principles provided by the tenderee.
